We also wish that this new year be favorable to a better knowledge and respect of ecosystems. DDR finally wishes to continue its work aimed at better understanding and protecting bottlenose dolphins and their environment, sharing this knowledge with all actors and ambassadors of the marine world, raising awareness among everyone of the importance of reestablishing an emotional connection with 'nature' while considering the multiple alterities that compose it. In this regard, here is a quote from the book Manières d'être vivant by the writer and philosopher Baptiste Morizot: "'Animals' are no more bestial than us, nor are they more free. They do not embody an unbridled and ferocious wildness […], nor a pure innocence […].
